David Grossblatt – CEO/Co-Founder

David spent the first five years of his professional career practicing law and public policy consulting in the San Francisco Bay Area. He later founded TalentMind, Inc. a technology, and business consultancy; and helped to launch and grow several start-ups in the Bay Area. Following TalentMind David co-founded the business that would become EformanceMedia. David graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park and the University of Baltimore Law School, University of Maryland. He is a member of the California Bar.

  Barry Willingham – President/Co-Founder

From 1999-2003, Barry was a principal partner of TalentMind,Inc. a consulting and recruiting company serving several Internet, technology, media, and legal firms. Before co-founding TalentMind, Barry managed consulting relationships, software implementations and several high level negotiations for a Fortune 500 financial services organization. Prior to moving to the San Francisco Bay Area and becoming involved in technology, Barry built and sold a successful small service business. His nearly 20 years experience in the professional and service sectors given him a unique insight and leadership edge in the contractor lead business. Barry is a graduate of University of Missouri, St. Louis.

  Michael Neal Grossblatt – CIO/Co-Founder

From 1997-2001, Michael was a consultant in the financing industry for several regional banks. He served these banks in the mortgage origination divisions. In 2001 he launched multiple mortgage and home equity lead generating websites. Several of his websites reached the highest organic search engine ranking in the mortgage lead website arena. In 2003 Mike turned his attention to building vertical specific websites and developing/managing the SEO and SEM programs. Mike is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

  Hilde Hochwald – COO

As COO Hilde helps drive the vision of EFormanceMedia's products and has continually helped to evolve the company’s capabilities. Hilde was an educator after graduating with honors from University of Missouri. She then attended the Technology, Innovation and Education program at Harvard University, Graduate School of Education, where she was a teaching fellow. Hilde has used her innovative spirit and insight to help improve projects, programs, and technology for the Afro American Cultural Center, Charlotte; Harvard Graduate School of Education; Harvard Medical School; IMAX; National Geographic; Plimoth Plantation; Mint Museum of Craft and Design; Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; University of Massachusetts and several other institutions. For the last few years, Hilde has led the growth and development of our first lead verticals.

  Andre Lewis - CTO

Andre is Chief Technologist for EformanceMedia. He is a well-known and published Ruby on Rails expert. Andre has over 10 years experience developing web based applications. In addition to his role with EfromanceMedia, he runs several successful web 2.0 sites including shapewiki.com, placeshout.com and hotspottr.com. Andre also lectures at web 2.0 seminars and advises several Bay Area technology companies. He has provided technical consulting to Fortune 100 Companies. Andre graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire BS,BA, Computer Science, Philosophy, 1992 — 1996

  Lesley Kim – VP Operations and Finance

Lesley skills sets and experience gained from her work at Fortune 500 companies and Internet Start-Ups has been critical in assisting EformanceMedia's growth. In 2006 she was Vice President, Product Marketing for IPRO. She served as Director of Product Management for Colarity, a CRM software company, and as a media/political consultant. She began her marketing career as a marketing manager for West Publishing, the world’s largest legal publisher. She holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. from the University of Chicago. Dean's List

  Jeremy Goldberg- VP Client Services

Jeremy spent the first 2 years of his professional career doing Business Operations and Accounting for a large staffing agency’s corporate headquarters in Baltimore. He later joined the Eformance team to advance his career in the Business Operations and Client Services area. Jeremy graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Towson University in 2006.
